As we begin this week leading to Thanksgiving, I am filled with gratitude for everything in my life. As they say, the good, the bad, the happy, the sad. It’s all good in my book – everything is just the way it is supposed to be. And for me now, I’m really grateful for being retired, healthy and able to continue helping others “rock their health” in retirement.
Here are some of the ways I cultivate my attitude of gratitude. How do you cultivate yours?
G – Give thanks every day for being alive and making a difference in people’s lives
R – Remember to connect with those in need
A – Attract positivity into your life every day and model that for others
T – Treat everyone with respect and compassion
I – Imagine the best life for yourself every day
T – Trust your instincts – they know the truth
U – Understand that taking care of yourself helps you better care for others
D – Dream big for a wonderful life
E – Enjoy everything!
I incorporate gratitude into the class I teach on Law of Attraction and just to add a little pep to the class, we all engage in the Gratitude Dance by the Grati-Dudes. So get up out of that chair and let’s dance!
Be well on your GRATITUDE journey!
